Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are shipped via Australia Post with a flat rate shipping cost of $10 for standard delivery and $15 for express delivery.  Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced. Currently we ship Australia wide. If you live internationally and would like to purchase our soap bars then please contact us directly at book@graciosabyronbay.com and we will be pleased to assist you.

We endeavour to ship orders on the same day. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped we provide you a tracking number, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking number and we will send to you via email.

Due to the organic and perishable nature of our soaps, we do not accept returns. We apologise for an inconvenience.
